 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked through our website and WhatsApp only

• Full payment must be made for the booking to be confirmed

• You will receive an email confirmation upon successfully booking your session. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at consultation@life-worth-living.org

Rescheduling and Cancellations

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the session

• Cancellations made with at least 48-24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund or the option to rebook at a later date.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will attract a 25% penalty. No-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee or penalty.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s session starts on time.

Sessions require your full attention, therefore we request that you set aside undisturbed time for the session.

Image Consultancy fees include initial consultation plus 4 sessions. Should you require more sessions, the duration can be negotiated.

Our fees are indicated in USD. Please be guided accordingly. Any currency conversions will be done at the day's rate by the responsible financial institution.
